Why should I rent furniture when I could just buy them?
- If your stay here in Singapore is only temporary, it is wiser to rent since you won’t have to worry about disposing what you have bought when you are leaving the country.
- Renting furniture saves on your starting cost. Instead of paying thousands of dollars in an instant, through rent you are paying just a small fraction of the purchase price per month.
- At the end of the rental period, you are given the option to continue the rent at a much lower rate or keep the furniture by paying a very minimal fee.
How does the rental scheme work?
- Like most property rental, we usually refer to your rental period and diplomatic clauses and work out a rental package that fit your needs.
Do you rent brand new furniture? Or just refurbished furniture?
- Our services includes renting brand new furniture and refurbished furniture.
Do you provide short term rental?
- For a minimum rental fee of one month, we have refurbished furniture to cater to your requests.
- You may choose to return the rented furniture within the first month, but rent will not be pro-rated.
- After the first month, pro-rated scheme applies depending on when you stop renting the furniture.
How much does it cost per month to furnish a home for 2 years?
- For a small apartment, an estimate from $300.00 (SGD) per month for furniture rental.
Do you provide your services on a company level?
- Yes we do. Our rental services caters from individuals to entreprise level.
Do you rent furniture for offices, events, filming or parties?
- No. We only cater to home living and residential rental.
Do you buy over used furniture or collect them if it is free?
- No we do not buy or collect used furniture.
Are your furniture and home appliances for sale too?
- Yes, our products are for sale and most of our refurbished items are at half of the original price.
